Preferred Realtor Referral Program Qualifying Criteria

Close Your Own Loan.com is fanatical about customer service.  We give more information, provide more tools and offer better communication with our borrowers than any other lender in the country. 

Since we have no salespeople to talk people into taking high priced loans, our low rates, low fees and devoted customer service have to be the best sales tools we have.

Our passionate dedication to our borrowers forces us to be very selective to whom we refer clients.  When we refer a real estate agent, we need to know that agent is as competent, committed, experienced and loyal as we are. 

As a result, we have created the following minimum criteria to become eligible to become a member of the Preferred Realtor Referral Program:

     1) Agent must be licensed for a minimum of 2 years
    

     2) Agent’s license must be current and all continuing education requirements met
    

     3) Agent must have had no formal complaints filed against them with the Department of Real

         Estate for the last 2 years
    

     4) Agent must close one transaction with Close Your Own Loan.com

Close Your Own Loan.com reserves the right to add additional qualifying criteria on a case by case basis.
