If there is no Loan Officer, who is taking care of the client?

Well, actually, the borrower keeps his commission.  Our modern online mortgage model has allowed us to eliminate the high commissioned salesperson which in turn reduces our costs.  This means we can offer better than market interest rates and fees because we have eliminated 25-50% of our costs on each and every loan. 

 

With most mortgage companies you usually have just one individual Loan Officer working on the loan.  If that person is an individual mortgage broker, they have no manager and no other employees.  So, if they are sick, on vacation or just plain hard to get a hold of, you are stuck in limbo wondering what is happening with your closing.  Are you willing to put your closings in the hands of just one person?

 

At Close Your Own Loan.com each client is assigned a mortgage team.  This team consists of the Division Manager, a Loan Coordinator and a Processor.  This team works in concert with one another.  Each person checking and re-checking the other to ensure the buyer’s new mortgage is moving as quickly and efficiently as possible so there are no surprises at closing. 

 

 

Loan Coordinator

The Loan Coordinator is entirely devoted to making sure the borrowers every desire, concern, or question is addressed quickly and efficiently.  The Loan Coordinator will be monitoring your closings from the day the application is received to the day the loan funds to ensure the process goes as smoothly as possible.

 

The Loan Coordinator is also available for any consultation or advice the borrowers might require.  Whether they want to explore different loan programs, discuss different interest rate options, or just need some advice on what to expect, the Loan Coordinator is completely dedicated to making sure the clients are comfortable and confident in their loan selection. 

 

The Loan Coordinator's e-mail and phone number will be e-mailed to you once the application is received.  This information is also available in the borrower's secure account under the Contact Info tab.  Please do not ever hesitate to contact the Loan Coordinator.  They are here to help. 

 

Processor

The Processor will be handling all of the paperwork associated with the loan.  The Processor's contact information will also be e-mailed to you once the borrowers have completed the simplified online loan application.  Please feel free to contact the Processor at any point during the loan process.

 

Secure Online Account

In addition to the mortgage team, each client has their own personal secure online account.  You, as their real estate agent, will also have access to this online account.  You will be able to check the status of the loan, check to see which items are needed to close the loan or communicate with the mortgage team 24/7.  Can your Loan Officer give you 24/7 status updates?
